We, ROKY Holdings, are proud to announce yet another project completion by successfully building a house, located in Mattegoda. This residency is a chic and modern three story house containing 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 3 living rooms as well as a beautiful balcony. We ensured to plan and execute the constructions in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Hence, the entire project fit into a budget of 25 million LKR. In the span of 6 months, ROKY Holdings were able to complete, and handover the house of two-stories, now turned into a comfy home of three-stories.
Like any meaningful project, this one came with its fair share of challenges. One of the biggest challenges we faced was maximising the effectiveness of the new construction by reusing the existing structure. Every column from the original build had to be carefully incorporated into the new design, which posed a significant challenge for our architect. To ensure structural integrity and efficiency, the drawings had to be revised at least eight times—each iteration bringing us closer to the optimal solution. However, our experienced team rose to the occasion. Each member—from mason to engineer—worked with dedication and skill. Our biggest challenge was ensuring that every detail aligned with our client’s vision. We weren’t just building a house—we were helping shape a dream home. Regular updates and client feedback allowed us to meet their expectations at every step. By maintaining close communication, we ensured that the final result reflected their vision and personality.
In just 6 months, ROKY Holdings transformed a simple two-story structure into a luxurious three-story home—well within the client’s 25 million LKR budget. The client requested features such as [] and [], and we delivered exactly that, adapting throughout the process to meet their needs. From mason to engineer, every team member worked with care, knowing this was more than just a project—it was someone’s future. The result is a beautiful, personalised home our client can proudly call their own.
